"Childcare" by "Linda"

I was at the grocery store today and saw a sign on the bulletin board that said "Childcare" by "Linda" with the quotes exactly like that. Apparently she hasn't legally changed her name to Linda after the sex change operation and it isn't really childcare more like cheap labor.
